Greg Mallet married long term partner of 14 years & Lady Diana's niece Lady Amelia Spencer on 21st March 2023. The wedding took place on a mountain top in South Africa's western Cape at Quoin Rock Manor House. South Africa has been home to Lady Amelia since her mother, Victoria Aitkin, took her & her siblings there in 1995. Victoria chose to do this when the publicity of Lady Diana was at it's height to get her family out of the media limelight. After separating from Lady Diana's brother, Earl Spencer, Victoria decided to stay in South Africa and raise her four children.

Lady Amelia's wedding dress

For her wedding dress, Lady Amelia chose a custom Atelier Versace gown. It was created in silk rebrode lace with a 2.5m train, covered in Swarovski crystals and intricate flower detailing. She finished off her look with a 5.5m long veil and Jimmy Choo shoes. Amelia chose to work with the House of Versace due to the connection between the late designer and her late Aunt, Amelia has been quoted in Hello Magazine:-

"I think she would be very proud to see me on my wedding day," says Amelia, who was only five years old when Diana passed away in 1997. "I know the Versace family also absolutely love Diana, so there's a very special connection that we have."

Greg Mallet wedding suit

For his wedding suit the Groom, Greg, opted for a peak collared dinner suit, black single breasted waistcoat and black hand tied bow tie. To ensure the Groom stood out from his Groomsmen Greg put them in to peak collared dinner suits with black ties and no waistcoats.
