Princess Iman of Jordan married Jameel Alexander Thermiotis on Sunday 12th March 2023. The wedding was held at Beit Al-Urdun Palace in the city of Amman. One of the residences of the brides parents, King Abdullah II & Queen Rania of Jordan. For a royal wedding, it was a smaller more intimate affair with only 150 guests. The service was broadcast in full on 'Jordan TV'. Jordan's national television service, giving us all a rare glimpse inside of the Palace.
The Henna party
Held on Tuesday 7th March was the traditional Henna party. For the occasion Princess Iman wore a Reema Dahbour dress. Customised with a Bruce Oldfield belt. The belt was the same belt that her mother wore back in 1993. Queen Rania married to King Abdullah II of Jordan.
Princess Iman wedding, Sunday 12th March 2023
The royal wedding took place on Sunday 12th March 2023. The bride looked radiant in her Dior wedding dress. A long sleeved, fitted bodice & full A-lone silhouette. The wedding dress had a square neckline. The dress neckline was inlaid with a delicate floral lace. The lace carried through to the cuff area and matched her long flowing veil. The finishing touch of any Princess is the tiara. The Princess chose a Chaumet tiara to keep the veil in place. We are lead to believe that the tiara belong to Princess Iman's Grandmother, Princess Muna al-Hassein.
The Groom opted for a dark grey lounge suit with a traditional Ascot grey double breasted waistcoat. Crisp white shirt, black tie and white pocket square.
We can recreate Jameel's wedding suit look within our hire range, custom made or full made-to-measure collections. With matching page boy outfits available in the hire and made-to-measure ranges.
