Probably the most classic fabric used for weddings suits is a fabric called 'herringbone'. The reason being is if you examine the cloth closely you will notice it looks like the bones of a herring fish. Our range of herringbone hire tailcoats and lounge suits are available in a dark slate grey color. This can be an excellent option for wedding attire, as dark grey is a versatile and elegant choice that can complement a variety of colour schemes. Grey Barberis fabric grey wedding hire suit
Barberis fabric holds a prestigious place in the world of suit making due to its historical significance. To be able to carry the "Barberis" label, the fabric must be manufactured in the small Italian village where it was originally created in 1663. This ensures that the fabric maintains the legacy and authenticity of the Barberis brand. The description of Barberis fabric as "ultra soft" and "ultra light" aligns with the reputation of luxury associated with high-end textiles, making it especially appealing for suits.

His choice to wear this fabric reinforces its association with timeless elegance.
Custom made grey wedding suits
A custom-made suit is a personalized and tailored approach to creating a suit that is just for you. Unlike off-the-rack suits that are made in standard sizes, a custom-made suit is crafted specifically for you.
You begin by meeting with one of our custom made suit team. During this consultation, you discuss your ideas and fabric choices. At the appointment you will have the opportunity to choose the fabric from a wide range of options. This includes different types of fabrics, patterns, colors, and textures. You have the choice to customize details like the suit lining, melton (fabric inside the collar), buttonhole color, buttons, along with other finishing touches.
After discussing your design ideas you will be asked to try on a sample suit. Based on the fitting of the suit, we will note any necessary adjustments required. There are a number of points that can be altered within a custom made suit, such as the chest, waist, and trouser width.
When your suit arrives with us we will contact you to set up a final fitting appointment. This is to ensure that any minor adjustments can made and that the suit fits you perfectly. Should there be any adjustments needed we can get them done for you within 48 hours.
Custom made wedding suits normally take approximately 12 weeks from start to finish. This may vary at certain times of the year. Please contact us on Billericay 01277 651140 or Colchester 01206 571171 to make a custom made suit appointment.
Full made-to-measure
Made-to-measure suits take personalization to another level, allowing Grooms to achieve a suit that fits their body contours perfectly and meets their specific style preferences. With made-to-measure suits, Grooms have complete control over every aspect of the suit's design, including fabric, style, lining, buttons, and more. This level of control ensures that the final product aligns perfectly with the Groom's vision.
A full made-to-measure suit provides a wide range of fit options that go beyond what's possible with custom-made suits. The options available for made-to-measure suits are more intricate and detailed compared to custom-made suits. This allows for finer adjustments in elements like collar shape, lapel width, button position, and pocket placement. The tailored fit of a made-to-measure suit not only enhances comfort but also creates a polished and elegant appearance that's unparalleled.
